If you are located in the United States, please follow the instructions below for cookware warranty service, or handle & knob warranty replacement.

Regal Ware Service Outside the Continental United States

If you are located outside of the continental United States, please contact your local distributor for cookware warranty service.  Handle and knob warranty replacement for those outside the continental United States can be handled either through your local distributor, or by following the instructions below.


  1. Complete the Service Request Form below.  Please be detailed in your description of all items being returned, as well as the reason you are sending each item for evaluation.
  2. When all information has been entered, press the "Create Service Request Form" button at the bottom of this page.  This will take you to a printable page.  Print 2 copies: 1 to be included with the cookware, handles and/or knobs being returned, and 1 copy for your records.
  3. Please include shipping and handling charges, payable in U.S. dollars to Regal Ware, Inc:
    Delay in payment may result in a delay in the return of your items

  4. Package your cookware, handles and/or knobs, 1 of the printed copies of the Service Request Form, and your check or money order for shipping and handling.  Then ship prepaid and insured to:

* Please note that currently walk-in service is not available.

Our consumer service specialists will inspect your items and will repair or replace your cookware, handles and/or knobs according to the terms of your warranty.  Please allow three weeks from the date we receive your cookware.
